For those who struggle with mental health and mood swings this helped me understand my phases much better.
I am not very good at these things as this is the 3rd one I've bought because I'm not IT literate! They say "3rd time is a charm" and it definitely is. Jessica's planner is sooo much easier to understand and actually USE. The instructions and video tutorials walk you thru EVERYTHING and make it so easy to learn and understand. I LOVE my planner!
