JESSICA AUTUMN disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.
In order to use the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to JESSICA AUTUMN will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds cannot be given for digital download products due to the nature of the product. You are free to cancel your membership at any time. This is your sole responsibility and failure to do so before you had intended will not be cause for a refund. Also, not using the site or resources provided will not result in a refund. No refunds are given from www.jessicaautumn.com, www.shop.jessicaautumn.com , and www.jessicaautumn.thrivecart.com.
The materials on the shop’s website are provided 'as is'. The Site makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the shop does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

REVISIONS AND ERRATA
The materials appearing on the Site’s websites or within products may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Site does not warrant that any of the materials on its website or in products are accurate, complete, or current. The shop may make changes to the materials contained on its website or within products at any time without notice. The shop does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
The Site has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the shop of the site or its products. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Any claim relating to the shop's website shall be governed by the laws of the Site owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Clicking on an affiliate link and making a purchase or signing up for a service will be earning me a commission if an affiliate link is being used.
You are responsible to pay for the Jessica Autumn, LLC. product in full before receiving the product download (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit/debit card or other payment method. We do not offer a payment plan on our products and all of our products are digital products. Nothing will be shipped to you.
In the case of a system error, you must pay for the product immediately upon discovering the error. If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the company's sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.
Our commitment is to help people to organize their lives by offering planning solutions to those who need it.
With that said, we originally had a refunds policy in place, but had to close it because we were getting a lot of scams. There is no longer any refund policy in place of any kind. You agree to this when you order in our shop.

Technical support is not included. You are responsible to make sure that you can open the PDF's, files, or pictures with software on the device you are using. Our products do not work on iphones and some cell phones. We will never ask you to pay an additional fee just to open said files. If you get some sort of message such as that, it is not coming from our shop but something external on your device.
If you have a discount code, only one code is allowed in the system per order. If you are getting two things free, for example, or want to use two discount codes, you'll need to place separate orders.
If you miss the 180 day window to download your item and it is no longer available for free or at a discounted rate, you can try to see if that product is still free or discounted, if so, use the same code and reorder in the shop. If it's not still discounted and you want the item, you'll want to pay for it.
Please note that we are unable to replace links, whether you got the item free, at a discount, or paid full price. However if you lose your download link within 180 days of purchase, we are happy to resend it to you.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
