Having the sleep tracker has been a really helpful tool to remind me to actually pay attention to how much sleep I'm getting. It helps remind me to make it more of a priority in my life.

Where to start? This tracker has def come in handy! After adding to my back on track planner this sleep tracker has helped me see what nights I don't get the most sleep on and where I sleep too much so now I can balance it out. It's so helpful don't waste your time get it now!
